There are currently three Thameslink services from East Grinstead towards London in the morning on weekdays.
From 10 December, a current service from Bedford to Three Bridges will be redirected to East Grinstead instead and will arrive at East Grinstead at 08:59.
This train will then form an additional Thameslink service from East Grinstead to London Bridge in the morning. This will leave East Grinstead at 09:14 and arrive at London Bridge at 10:10, and will provide a morning off-peak Thameslink service to London Bridge for the East Grinstead.

I really do welcome the introduction of a new additional off-peak Thameslink service into London on weekdays which will benefit those who travel into work at more flexible times post COVID impact. I will continue to push for more regular and reliable peak services to make sure my constituents are able to travel into London for work and can enjoy the Capital. I appreciate constituents sharing their feedback with me and I am absolutely determined to help them get a better service after too long a deteriorating experience.
