I have been a District Councillor for 12 years representing Baldwins and now Ashplats Wards in East Grinstead. I have served as the Major of East Grinstead and Chairman of Mid Sussex District Council.

My name is Dick Sweatman and have lived in East Grinstead for the past 40 yrs. I became a councillor in 2011 in order to serve my community in which I live and have served both Town and District Council for the past 12 yrs.
